Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Free Palm Reading Online ("we", "us", "the site"), a property of Palm-Reading-Online.com (Canada), handles information when you use the site. We built this tool to need as little of your data as possible — here's exactly what's collected and why.

1. Your palm photo

Your photo is sent securely through our Cloudflare-hosted function to Anthropic's AI service only to generate your reading. We process it in memory and do not write the photo to our database, file storage, or application logs. It is discarded from our systems when the request finishes. Anthropic processes the request as our service provider under its own commercial terms.

2. Email account and report delivery

We collect your email address to send a short-lived sign-in code, create your passwordless account, and deliver your reading. We store a one-way hash of your session token, your verification time, free-preview status, purchased credit balance, and purchase records. We do not store the reading itself in our account database. Resend processes the email address and message content to deliver the sign-in code and report.

3. Payments

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep the Stripe Checkout identifier, purchased pack, amount, currency, and fulfillment status so that credits are granted once and payment issues can be reconciled.

4. Security, limits, and cookies

Standard technical data such as IP address, browser information, and request timing passes through Cloudflare for hosting, security, and bot detection. We keep short-lived request counters to enforce daily limits. A secure, HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It is required for account and credit functionality and is not used for advertising.

5. Advertising

The site may display Google AdSense advertising. Google and its partner vendors may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to serve ads, including ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or, for other participating vendors, aboutads.info/choices. Opting out stops personalization; you may still see non-personalized ads. Paid report results are displayed without our ad placements.

6. Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, D1 account data, rate limiting, and Turnstile; Anthropic to generate readings; Resend to send transactional email; Stripe to process payments; and Google if advertising is enabled. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Retention

Palm photos are not retained by us. Login codes expire after 10 minutes. Session records expire after 30 days. Account, entitlement, and transaction records are retained while needed to operate the service, meet accounting requirements, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. Email providers may retain delivery logs and message content under their policies.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what data is held about you, correct it, request its deletion, or opt out of personalized advertising. We do not sell personal information. For any request, email info@palm-reading-online.com and we'll respond directly.

9. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
