Refund Policy

We want payment issues to be simple to resolve. Phase 1 sells one-time report credits only; there is no recurring subscription.

Unused credits

You may request a refund for a purchase whose credits are entirely unused within 14 days of purchase. Refunds return to the original payment method. Once any credit from a multi-credit pack has been used, the pack is normally no longer eligible for a full change-of-mind refund.

Technical problems

If you were charged but credits were not added, a credit was consumed without a readable report, or the service otherwise failed to deliver what you purchased, contact us. We will verify the transaction and provide replacement credit or a refund as appropriate.

How to request one

Email info@palm-reading-online.com from the address used at checkout. Include the approximate purchase date and the Stripe receipt or Checkout reference if available. Do not send card numbers or a copy of your palm photo.

Processing time

We aim to reply within five business days. After we issue a refund, your bank or card provider controls when it appears on your statement.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.
